From Dean and Director Sheryl Kubiak: Strengthening Our Purpose, Expanding Our Team

From Dean and Director Sheryl Kubiak: Strengthening Our Purpose, Expanding Our Team

As we close our sixth year as a center, I am so grateful for the collaboration and partnerships we have forged in communities across the state. That spirit of openness to change and innovation is an important ingredient in the success of CBHJ teams as they facilitate stronger and more coordinated systems that touch those with behavioral health issues involved in the criminal/legal system. CBHJ’s 49 team members are engaged in our projects across 43 counties that improve Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT), jail diversion, prevention and intervention for those with substance use disorders, and behavioral health emergency response.  Our incredibly talented team worked hard this year to refresh and reaffirm our mission, vision, and values, renewing our commitment to advancing equitable and effective solutions. Thank you for your partnership and dedication this year. We look forward to continuing our collaborations in the year ahead and wish you a very healthy and happy New Year!   Read more
